Christina Pasanen

Christina Pasanen is the VP of Talent Networks at Notable Capital, where she leads the talent and board team focused on building high-performing leadership teams and supporting portfolio companies across the employee lifecycle. Prior to joining Notable, Christina worked at Uber across various talent acquisition functions, including executive talent, and led the sourcing team for EMEA. She began her career in the CEO and board practice at Heidrick & Struggles in New York City. Christina holds a B.S. from George Washington University and a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Amsterdam.
