Esther Kim

Esther Kim is the Manager of Talent Networks at Notable Capital, where she cultivates quality, long-term relationships to support portfolio companies and the startup ecosystem. Prior to joining the firm, Esther led company-wide executive sourcing and talent intelligence at DoorDash. She was also a member of the Global Technology & Services (GTS) practice at Heidrick & Struggles, where she conducted C-suite-level searches globally, with a specialization in product and technology leaders. Esther holds a B.A. in Global Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
