Jeff Richards is a Managing Partner at Notable Capital, where he focuses on business applications including vertical SaaS and SMBTech. Previously, Jeff founded two software companies, R4, a supply chain SaaS business acquired by VeriSign, and QuantumShift, a telecom software business backed by TPG. After spending over a decade as an entrepreneur and operating executive, Jeff joined Notable Capital in 2008.
As a former founder and CEO, Jeff is passionate about leadership and company culture. He co-created Notable's Founders + Leaders program and co-founded AllRaise's Board Xcelerate program, which drives board diversity for private Tech companies. Jeff also hosts the video series Unscripted, where he has candid conversations with entrepreneurs and operators about building and scaling tech companies. Jeff lives in the Bay Area with his wife and four children and is involved with TCU's Neeley School of Business, where his daughter is a student. Jeff graduated from Dartmouth College, where he was a four-year letterman on the varsity basketball team and continues to support entrepreneurship at Dartmouth through the Magnuson Center.
