Jen Holmstrom

Jen Holmstrom is a Partner at Notable Capital, where she leads the Platform team, providing scaling support to portfolio companies across Talent, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Engineering. She co-created Founders + Leaders, a learning platform that delivers leadership development training, go-to-market workshops, and best practices for hiring. Before joining Notable in 2016, Jen served as a Talent Partner at Highland Capital Partners and was a leader on the executive search team at Meta (formerly Facebook). She also held roles at Riviera Partners and SPMB, two technology-focused talent search firms. Jen holds a B.S. from Boston College and her MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
