Kandi Craddock

Kandi Craddock is the VP of HR at Notable Capital, where she leads the HR and administration team. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, she served as an HR Compliance Manager for a global tech company in the Bay Area. Kandi is passionate about supporting people in her community, bringing that same level of care to her work at Notable Capital. She holds a B.A. in Legal Studies and Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.
