Norman Ho

Norman Ho is the SVP and General Counsel at Notable Capital, where he leads the legal and compliance functions. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Norman was Vice President, Legal at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where he managed and advised on a broad range of complex transactions and portfolio company matters for the SoftBank Vision Funds. Earlier in his career, Norman was with the corporate practice of Morrison & Foerster LLP (MoFo), advising on transactions, including financings and M&A, as well as other legal matters for a diverse client base of founders, startups, venture capital funds, and corporate investors. Norman holds a J.D. (cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance & Management Information Systems (magna cum laude) from San Jose State University.
